Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and Pîrvu Alex Vasile, an individual operating ViewWing from Romania (“ViewWing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They apply when you visit, create an account on, upload to, or otherwise use ViewWing.
By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use ViewWing.
Eligibility and age
You must be at least 16 years old to use ViewWing. You may not use the service if the law applicable to you prohibits it.
If you are 16 or 17, or otherwise below the age at which you can enter into this agreement independently where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms with you.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it resulted from a security failure for which ViewWing is responsible.
You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity or authority, transfer an account without permission, or use another person’s account. Display names and profile images must also comply with these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
The ViewWing service
ViewWing is a video-sharing platform that allows users to upload, publish, watch, save, discuss, and report content. The service is currently provided free of charge and may be released or identified as a beta while features are tested and improved.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, product development, or the protection of users. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.
Optional donations
ViewWing may offer a voluntary donation option. Donations support the operation and development of the service; they do not purchase ownership, voting rights, guaranteed features, preferential moderation, enhanced visibility, or a different level of service.
A payment provider may process donations under its own terms and privacy practices. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, completed voluntary donations are not refundable. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Your content and the licence you grant
You retain ownership
You retain ownership of videos, thumbnails, comments, profile material, and other content you submit (“User Content”). These Terms do not transfer ownership of your User Content to ViewWing.
Limited operational licence
To operate ViewWing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, cache, reproduce, transcode, compress, stream, transmit, technically format, create thumbnails from, and display your User Content only within ViewWing and only as needed to provide, secure, moderate, and maintain the service.
This licence does not permit us to use your User Content in external advertising or promotional campaigns without your separate permission. We will not sell ownership of your User Content.
The licence begins when you submit the content and ends when the content is deleted from ViewWing, except for a limited period reasonably required to remove technical backups or retain records required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Your responsibilities
You must have all rights and permissions needed to upload your User Content and grant this licence. This includes permission from people appearing in the content where required. Do not upload content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
Rules of use
You must follow the Community Guidelines and applicable law. In particular, you may not use ViewWing to:
- upload or promote illegal content or activity;
- exploit, endanger, sexualise, or otherwise harm a child or young person;
- harass, threaten, stalk, defraud, impersonate, or expose another person’s private information;
- use profanity, obscene or severely vulgar language, slurs, or language intended to insult, degrade, or harass a person, group, animal, or other living being. Mild expressions may describe objects, situations, or other non-living subjects when they are not directed at anyone;
- publish hateful, sexually exploitative, or unlawfully violent content;
- distribute malware, spam, deceptive links, or manipulated engagement;
- bypass bans, access controls, upload review, security protections, or rate limits;
- scrape, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt ViewWing except where the law expressly permits it; or
- use reports, comments, reactions, or other features abusively or dishonestly.
Content review, moderation, and appeals
Uploads may be reviewed before becoming publicly available. We may decline publication, limit visibility, remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law have been violated.
We consider context, severity, user safety, legal obligations, and repeated behaviour. We may act without advance notice where urgent action is reasonably needed to prevent harm, secure the service, preserve evidence, or comply with law. A lack of immediate action does not waive our right to act later.
A first minor respectful-language violation will ordinarily result in a warning. Repeated, targeted, or severe language violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or a permanent ban.
When we restrict content or an account, we will provide the reason through the service or by email when required and reasonably possible. You may appeal a moderation decision by emailing sol.fioriginal@gmail.com . Include your account email, the relevant content or decision, and why you believe it should be reviewed.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have to seek review through a court, regulator, or certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under applicable law.
Intellectual property and legal notices
ViewWing’s software, interface, branding, logo, and original materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms give you only a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended.
To report copyright infringement, illegal content, or another rights violation, email sol.fioriginal@gmail.com . Identify the content, provide its URL, explain the legal basis of your report, and include information that allows us to contact you. Knowingly false or abusive notices are prohibited.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how ViewWing collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal data. It also explains your privacy rights and how to exercise them. The Privacy Policy is a disclosure and forms part of the information provided to you when using ViewWing.
Third-party services and links
ViewWing relies on third-party infrastructure and may contain links to external websites. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services that we do not control, but this does not limit any responsibility we have under mandatory law for the providers we choose to process data on our behalf.
Account deletion and termination
You may stop using ViewWing at any time and may request account deletion through the available account settings or by contacting us. Content and data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and may remain for a limited period in backups or where retention is required for security, legal claims, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, security risks, or material harm to ViewWing or its users. Where appropriate, we will explain the decision and provide an appeal route.
Availability and warranties
We aim to provide a safe and reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free operation, or that every feature will always remain available. Keep your own copy of any User Content you cannot afford to lose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViewWing is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees or other mandatory consumer rights.
Responsibility and limitation of liability
You are responsible for your User Content and your use of the service. ViewWing does not endorse User Content merely because it is available on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, opportunity, reputation, or profit arising from circumstances we could not reasonably control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to ViewWing, applicable law, safety practices, or our operations. The effective date and version will be updated when changes are published. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email when practicable. Continuing to use ViewWing after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to bring a claim before a competent court or to contact an appropriate consumer, data-protection, digital-services, or other regulatory authority.
