Community Guidelines
ViewWing should be a kind, positive, and safe place to share videos. These Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed across videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, profiles, comments, replies, and every other community feature.
Never exploit, threaten, deceive, or expose someone.
Do not manipulate ViewWing or misuse its features.
How these Guidelines apply
These Guidelines apply to everyone using ViewWing and to all content and activity on the service. That includes public, unlisted, private, pending, and removed videos where ViewWing must review them for safety, moderation, security, or legal compliance.
They form part of the rules referenced by the Terms of Service. Context matters, but labelling harmful behaviour as a joke, opinion, or quotation does not automatically make it acceptable. Applicable law always takes priority.
Use respectful language
ViewWing is intended to be a kind, positive, and family-friendly platform. Profanity, obscene language, slurs, and severely vulgar expressions are not permitted.
Mild words such as “stupid” may be used when describing an object, situation, video game, or other non-living subject. They must not be directed at a person, group, animal, or other living being. Attempts to disguise prohibited words through altered spelling, symbols, spacing, audio, or images are treated the same as the original words.
Allowed
“This thing is stupid.”The mild expression describes a non-living subject and is not directed at anyone.
Not allowed
“You are stupid.”The expression is used as a personal insult and is directed at another person.
First minor violation
A first minor respectful-language violation will ordinarily result in a warning. Repeated, targeted, or severe violations may receive stronger action.
Protect children and young people
Do not use ViewWing to exploit, endanger, sexualise, groom, threaten, or otherwise harm a child or young person. Do not encourage a child to participate in dangerous, abusive, exploitative, or illegal activity.
Content or behaviour that presents an immediate risk to a child may be removed without warning and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required or reasonably necessary for safety.
No harassment, threats, or privacy violations
Do not use ViewWing to:
- repeatedly target, intimidate, humiliate, stalk, or harass another person;
- make credible threats or encourage others to harm a person, group, animal, or other living being;
- publish someone’s private or identifying information without permission;
- impersonate another person or falsely claim their identity, authority, or endorsement; or
- organise abusive reporting, comments, or other targeted community activity.
No hateful, exploitative, or unlawfully violent content
Do not publish content that promotes hatred or unlawful discrimination, sexually exploits another person, or promotes unlawful violence. Content must not be used to degrade, endanger, or call for harm against a person or group.
Context may be considered for documentary, educational, artistic, or newsworthy material, but context does not excuse content whose purpose or likely effect is abuse, exploitation, or unlawful harm.
No illegal content or activity
Do not upload, request, sell, promote, facilitate, or link to illegal content, products, services, or activity. Do not use ViewWing to plan an offence, conceal unlawful conduct, or encourage another person to break the law.
If content may be unlawful, ViewWing may restrict access while it is reviewed and may preserve or disclose relevant information when legally required.
No spam, scams, or deceptive activity
Do not:
- post repetitive, irrelevant, unsolicited, or automatically generated spam;
- distribute malware, malicious downloads, phishing pages, or deceptive links;
- defraud users or misrepresent an offer, identity, affiliation, product, service, or destination; or
- buy, sell, automate, or coordinate fake views, reactions, comments, follows, reports, or other manipulated engagement.
Do not evade moderation or access controls
Do not bypass or attempt to bypass a warning, ban, upload review, visibility restriction, permission, authentication requirement, rate limit, security protection, or other ViewWing control.
Creating or using another account to evade an active restriction is a separate violation and may result in action against every connected account involved.
Protect ViewWing’s integrity
Do not:
- scrape, probe, overload, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to ViewWing or its providers;
- reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it;
- misuse reports, comments, reactions, follows, or other features abusively or dishonestly; or
- interfere with moderation, security reviews, investigations, or evidence connected with a violation.
Respect ownership and permission
Upload only content you created or have permission to use. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights. Obtain any permission required from people who appear in your content, particularly before sharing private or sensitive information about them.
Copyright, privacy, or other rights complaints may be sent to sol.fioriginal@gmail.com . Identify the content, provide its URL, explain the concern, and include a way to contact you. False or abusive notices are prohibited.
How ViewWing enforces these Guidelines
ViewWing may review uploads before publication and may investigate content, accounts, and activity after a report or other safety signal. Decisions consider the context, severity, intent, likely harm, relevant user history, repeated behaviour, and legal obligations.
Warning
Used ordinarily for a first minor violation where education is an appropriate response.
Content action
A video or interaction may be rejected, removed, or have its visibility restricted.
Account restriction
Features may be limited or an account may be temporarily suspended.
Permanent ban
Used for sufficiently severe conduct, repeated violations, or restriction evasion.
Serious violations may skip warnings and receive immediate stronger action. ViewWing may also preserve evidence or contact an appropriate authority where required by law or reasonably necessary to address an immediate safety risk.
Reporting violations and appealing decisions
Use ViewWing’s reporting tools to report a video, comment, reply, user, or other supported activity. Choose the most accurate reason and provide truthful, relevant information. Do not submit reports to punish, silence, or harass someone.
To appeal a moderation decision, email sol.fioriginal@gmail.com . Include your account email, the relevant content or decision, and a clear explanation of why it should be reviewed. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the decision will be reversed.
